I have found that practising holistic activities and disciplines helps us in becoming aware of this growth process.

That’s why I have put together Meditation, Mindfulness, and Qi Gong into MMQG, to have a powerful starting point for me and the people I help.

MMQG also encompasses practices from Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Tantra, Pranayama and others.
