Improve yourself

One of the first goals we should aim at is to improve ourselves by committing to becoming aware of what limits us and removing it.
Meditating makes us aware that we are at the same time active subject and passive object of our feelings, emotions, and thoughts.
One useless activity that drains your energy is worrying about things you do not have control over. Focus on the ones you can change, to grow.
Avoid losing time arguing about things that have no real impact on your lives. Time is better spent doing things aligned with your goals, values, and purpose.
One goal of holistic practices is to become aware of our entire being and develop our body, mind, and soul. This will lead us to freedom.
When we become aware that we create most of our life's limits, we set ourselves free to holistically achieve what we really want and deserve. You can get a copy of my book "Free to Achieve" on Amazon in Kindle version or in Paperback.
We should consider us for what we really are: holistic beings. Our well-being comes from the fusion of many different aspects of our lives.
What most determines the outcome of our lives are the thoughts, choices, and actions we dedicate most awareness and commitment to.
Some of the ways we can walk to better understand and enjoy our lives are to raise our awareness, cultivate empathy, and share more care and love.
When we meditate we are the subject who observes and the object observed. So, we are not our thoughts, even if we can create our life with them.
