Holistic Practices

One goal of holistic practices is to become aware of our entire being and develop our body, mind, and soul. This will lead us to freedom.
When we become aware that we create most of our life's limits, we set ourselves free to holistically achieve what we really want and deserve. You can get a copy of my book "Free to Achieve" on Amazon in Kindle version or in Paperback.
Today, May 1st, is Beltane. Beltane roughly means ‘bright fire’ and it represents the start of Gaelic summer in Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man. Everything in the Universe has its own rhythm, from particles to galaxies. To grow as beings, we should find and follow our own one.
We should consider us for what we really are: holistic beings. Our well-being comes from the fusion of many different aspects of our lives.
When we improve just one part of ourselves, we quickly hit a wall. Growing involves a holistic development of our entire being: body, mind, and soul.
What most determines the outcome of our lives are the thoughts, choices, and actions we dedicate most awareness and commitment to.
It's pointless waiting until you think to be ready before changing. Welcome change with all your body, mind, and soul to start growing.
We are, literally, made of the same elements of the Universe. We share with it the same energy. So, living in harmony with the Universe is the way to be.
Stop thinking of yourself as an isolated being and start becoming aware that you are interconnected with all the beings and things in the Universe. Live and love.
