Thinking about inclusion, we should broaden our horizons to welcome, take care of, and love all beings and their uniqueness in being all equal.
Avoid losing time arguing about things that have no real impact on your lives. Time is better spent doing things aligned with your goals, values, and purpose.
One goal of holistic practices is to become aware of our entire being and develop our body, mind, and soul.This will lead us to freedom.
