When we meditate we are the subject who observes and the object observed. So, we are not our thoughts, even if we can create our life with them.
We cannot change if we remain stuck in a negative situation. We have to move holistically, with our bodies, minds, and souls towards new goals.
We are, literally, made of the same elements of the Universe. We share with it the same energy. So, living in harmony with the Universe is the way to be.
All we experience, from the most painful moments to the happiest events, is subject to our own interpretation of it. So, we can choose most of our actions.
