Meditating makes us aware that we are at the same time active subject and passive object of our feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

Celebrating World Meditation Day
Happy World Meditation Day! May we use the energy of meditation to resonate with the energy of the Universe, inspiring a global awareness towards greater mindfulness, compassion, and harmony. GGSC Happiness Calendar May 2023
Hello! Here you are the GGSC Happiness Calendar for the month of May. This month's theme is to find ways to address your stress. To do it, remember to breathe deeply, to meditate, and, just to say, to practice some MMQG (for this, you can always contact me!)
Both subject and object
When we meditate we are the subject who observes and the object observed. So, we are not our thoughts, even if we can create our life with them.
We cannot change if we remain stuck in a negative situation. We have to move holistically, with our bodies, minds, and souls towards new goals.
We are the Universe itself
We are, literally, made of the same elements of the Universe. We share with it the same energy. So, living in harmony with the Universe is the way to be.
We can choose
All we experience, from the most painful moments to the happiest events, is subject to our own interpretation of it. So, we can choose most of our actions.
