This Universe, and our lives, are impermanent. To avoid suffering, we have to be aware and welcome change, so as to stop worrying for what we cannot control.
Often the best option we have is to commit to changing before it becomes too hard to do it. When we choose change, we grow, when we avoid it, we suffer.
