When we meditate we are the subject who observes and the object observed. So, we are not our thoughts, even if we can create our life with them.
We cannot change if we remain stuck in a negative situation. We have to move holistically, with our bodies, minds, and souls towards new goals.
Never stop being generous in feeling and being loving, caring, and kind, as these are the way we can truly be connected to others.
