Happiness is not so hard to achieve. We need to become aware that it comes from how we deal with events, from our own definition of it, and from our choices and actions.
When we grow in our understanding, we become aware that we need no external belongings to define our happiness, fulfillment, success, and purpose.

We can create a habit of growing and improving simply by fully and committedly dedicating ourselves to what we are doing.
Making it easy: we grow when we are truthful to ourselves, take responsibility for our choices, and become aware of our true being.
One way we get meaningful answers about ourselves is when we ask ourselves questions that involve our awareness, love, compassion.
It's hurtful to ignore our true selves and live a life trying to please others and be liked by them. Let's live as we really are.
