- Bring your awareness here and now – Free your mind from any other thought. Be here, now. Become aware of the present.
- Focus on your breath – Inhale from your nose, while expanding your belly and counting up to 4. Hold your breath counting up to 6. Exhale from your mouth, contracting your belly and counting up to 8.
- Listen to your body – Relax your face, jaw, neck, and shoulders. Scan your body to relax stiffness and contractions.
