I am happy to have finished another course, during which I have consolidated my previous knowledge of Yin Yoga.
Now I got the Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate from Bodsphere.

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that incorporates principles of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), with asanas that are held for a time that is somewhat longer than in other Yoga styles. It is not uncommon to keep your asana for five minutes or more.
The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the Energy flowing along the meridians (in Chinese medicine) or Nadis in Yoga.
Learning is better helping, learning is supporting others.
