This is the kind of Talks you may expect in the Nuremberg Holistic Sangha, that I have the honor to coordinate. Our regular meetings will start again in September, with a full online policy.
Everyone is welcome to join our Sangha, which is open to everyone who wants to practice meditation, mindfulness, and some mild physical activity such as Qi Gong, Yoga, or Tai Chi Chuan.
In the Sangha meetings, you can also listen to and talk about themes such as Buddhism, engaged Buddhism, Eastern philosophies, languages, and cultures, empathy, social commitment, peace, and environment.
No previous experience in meditation, mindfulness, or Buddhism is required to join us.
Also, the Nuremberg Holistic Sangha is not a religious community, but an open community of like-minded people who want to live a life with more awareness and understanding.
As usual, we will offer our Sangha meetings, teachings, and practice in English, Italian, Spanish, and German.
