One gift we get from achieving a calm mind, a relaxed body, and a peaceful spirit is to become aware of our own definition of happiness, fulfillment, and purpose.

I discovered this myself about two decades ago. In that period, I was looking for my true purpose in life and what I was doing was comparing my achievements with the ones of other people.
After a while, I felt frustrated. Then, by practicing holistically my daily routine of meditation, mindfulness, and Qi Gong I reached the awareness that my purpose was not out there.
My purpose, your purpose, everyone’s purpose is inside us. We can, and should, find our own definition of happiness, fulfillment, success, and purpose. And once we become aware of that, we also achieve them.
What we need is inside us. The tools to holistically find and develop one’s own definition of what makes us progress and grow are there, too.
A calm mind, a relaxed body, and a peaceful spirit are attainable in several different ways. Mine were daily meditation, thankful mindfulness practice, and mild physical activity such as Qi Gong, Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, or internal Martial Arts. In one word, MMQG.
MMQG is a discipline developed where I have put my more than 25 years of personal and professional experience. It’s a life journey, it’s a tool for personal growth, awareness, and understanding.
